UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE ALAGOAS E A GREEN4T SOLUCOES TI S.A., OBJETIVANDO A PRORROGAÇÃO
DO PRAZO DE VIGÊNCIA DO CONTRATO, NA FORMA ABAIXO:
A UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE ALAGOAS, com sede na Avenida Lourival Melo Mota, s/n,
Tabuleiro do Martins, CEP 57.072-900, na cidade de Maceió/AL, inscrito(a) no CNPJ sob o nº 24.464.109/0001-48,
neste ato representada pelo Reitor JOSEALDO TONHOLO, nomeado pelo Decreto Ministerial do dia 16 de janeiro de
2020, publicado no Diário Oficial do dia 17 de janeiro de 2020, inscrito no CPF sob o nº 163.923.988-05, portador da
Carteira de Identidade nº 16.554.981 – IIRGD/SP, doravante denominada CONTRATANTE, e a empresa GREEN4T
SOLUCOES TI S.A. inscrito(a) no CNPJ/MF sob o nº 03.698.620/0005-68, sediada na Av. Gupe, Nº 10.767, Galpão 03
- Jardim Belval CEP 06.422-120, em Barueri - SP, doravante designada CONTRATADA, neste ato representada pelo Sr.
MARCIO JOSÉ MARTIN, portador da Carteira de Identidade nº 26.847.319-5, expedida pela (o) SSP/SP, e CPF nº
180.275.368-04 e pelo Sr. JOSÉ FERNANDO DE ALMEIDA ANDRADE JÚNIOR , portador da Carteira de Identidade nº
11.469.401-1, expedida pela (o) Detran/RJ, e CPF nº 086.427.927-28, ambos residentes e domiciliados na cidade de
São Paulo/SP, tendo em vista o que consta no Processo de pedido de aditivo nº 23065.007742/2025-73 na forma
constante no Processo original nº 23065.030400/2021-46 e em observância às disposições da Lei nº 8.666, de 21 de
junho de 1993, da Lei nº 10.520, de 17 de julho de 2002, do Decreto nº 2.271, de 7 de julho de 1997 e da Instrução
Normativa SEGES/MPDG n. 5, de 26 de maio de 2017, resolvem celebrar o presente Termo Aditivo, decorrente do
Pregão Eletrônico nº 27/2021, mediante as cláusulas e condições a seguir enunciadas.
CLÁUSULA PRIMEIRA - DO OBJETO. O presente TERMO ADITIVO tem como objeto a PRORROGAÇÃO DO
PRAZO DE VIGÊNCIA do Contrato nº 06/2022 por mais 12(doze) meses, conforme sua CLÁUSULA SEGUNDA, através
do processo de pedido de aditivo nº 23065.007742/2025-73, onde constam: JUSTIFICATIVA da Gestão do Contrato e
Termo de Aceite da contratada (Of. S/N - GREEN4T); que trata da contratação de serviços continuados para
manutenção preventiva, corretiva, evolutiva e de monitoramento, incluindo fornecimento de peças e materiais, da SalaCofre da Universidade Federal de Alagoas, que serão prestados nas condições estabelecidas no Termo de Referência,
anexo do Pregão Eletrônico nº 27/2021.
CLÁUSULA SEGUNDA – DA VIGÊNCIA – O contrato retro mencionado fica com seu prazo de vigência prorrogado
por mais 12 (doze) meses, de: 03 de maio de 2025 a 03 de maio de 2026.
CLÁUSULA TERCEIRA – DO VALOR CONTRATUAL - O Contrato apresenta o preço MENSAL de R$ 26.003,09
(vinte e seis mil, três reais e nove centavos) e o preço GLOBAL de R$ 353.176,13 (trezentos e cinquenta e
três mil, cento e setenta e seis reais e treze centavos), como ficou demonstrado através do 2º Termo de
Apostilamento nº 14/2024.
PARÁGRAFO PRIMEIRO. A celebração deste Termo Aditivo não importa na renúncia à eventual reajuste que faça jus a
CONTRATADA, o referido pleito, caso tenha sido apresentado, será analisado oportunamente pela CONTRATANTE.
CLÁUSULA QUARTA – Ficam mantidas as demais cláusulas e condições do CONTRATO ORIGINAL, no que não
conflitarem com o estabelecido neste Termo Aditivo.

From time to time, GREEN4T SOLUCOES TI SA. (we, us or Company) may be required by law
to provide to you certain written notices or disclosures. Described below are the terms and
conditions for providing to you such notices and disclosures electronically through the DocuSign
system. Please read the information below carefully and thoroughly, and if you can access this
information electronically to your satisfaction and agree to this Electronic Record and Signature
Disclosure (ERSD), please confirm your agreement by selecting the check-box next to ‘I agree to
use electronic records and signatures’ before clicking ‘CONTINUE’ within the DocuSign

Getting paper copies
At any time, you may request from us a paper copy of any record provided or made available
electronically to you by us. You will have the ability to download and print documents we send

Consequences of changing your mind

and then wait until we receive back from you your acknowledgment of your receipt of such
paper notices or disclosures. Further, you will no longer be able to use the DocuSign system to
receive required notices and consents electronically from us or to sign electronically documents
from us.

All notices and disclosures will be sent to you electronically

Unless you tell us otherwise in accordance with the procedures described herein, we will provide
electronically to you through the DocuSign system all required notices, disclosures,
authorizations, acknowledgements, and other documents that are required to be provided or made
available to you during the course of our relationship with you. To reduce the chance of you
inadvertently not receiving any notice or disclosure, we prefer to provide all of the required
notices and disclosures to you by the same method and to the same address that you have given
us. Thus, you can receive all the disclosures and notices electronically or in paper format through
the paper mail delivery system. If you do not agree with this process, please let us know as
described below. Please also see the paragraph immediately above that describes the
consequences of your electing not to receive delivery of the notices and disclosures
electronically from us.

You may contact us to let us know of your changes as to how we may contact you electronically,
to request paper copies of certain information from us, and to withdraw your prior consent to
receive notices and disclosures electronically as follows:

To advise GREEN4T SOLUCOES TI SA. of your new email address
To let us know of a change in your email address where we should send notices and disclosures
electronically to you, you must send an email message to us at maria.barbosa@green4t.com and
in the body of such request you must state: your previous email address, your new email
address. We do not require any other information from you to change your email address.
If you created a DocuSign account, you may update it with your new email address through your
account preferences.

To request paper copies from GREEN4T SOLUCOES TI SA.
To request delivery from us of paper copies of the notices and disclosures previously provided
by us to you electronically, you must send us an email to maria.barbosa@green4t.com and in the
body of such request you must state your email address, full name, mailing address, and
telephone number. We will bill you for any fees at that time, if any.

To withdraw your consent with GREEN4T SOLUCOES TI SA.
To inform us that you no longer wish to receive future notices and disclosures in electronic
format you may:

i. decline to sign a document from within your signing session, and on the subsequent page,
select the check-box indicating you wish to withdraw your consent, or you may;
ii. send us an email to maria.barbosa@green4t.com and in the body of such request you must
state your email, full name, mailing address, and telephone number. We do not need any other
information from you to withdraw consent.. The consequences of your withdrawing consent for
online documents will be that transactions may take a longer time to process..

Required hardware and software
The minimum system requirements for using the DocuSign system may change over time. The
current system requirements are found here: https://support.docusign.com/guides/signer-guidesigning-system-requirements.

Acknowledging your access and consent to receive and sign documents electronically
To confirm to us that you can access this information electronically, which will be similar to
other electronic notices and disclosures that we will provide to you, please confirm that you have
read this ERSD, and (i) that you are able to print on paper or electronically save this ERSD for
your future reference and access; or (ii) that you are able to email this ERSD to an email address
where you will be able to print on paper or save it for your future reference and access. Further,
if you consent to receiving notices and disclosures exclusively in electronic format as described
herein, then select the check-box next to ‘I agree to use electronic records and signatures’ before
clicking ‘CONTINUE’ within the DocuSign system.
